The foregoing is without prejudice to the transfer of data that “GMC INGENIERÍA” makes to its processors for the management and storage of databases, human resources, administration and accounting, distribution of information, notices and promotions, as well as the provision of services and project delivery.

Likewise, we state that sensitive data is considered to be data affecting the most private sphere of the data subject, or data whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or involve a serious risk to the data subject. However, this Privacy Notice does not contemplate the use of personal data considered sensitive.
